Refund Policy

Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellation and refund requests are handled for BlackRosePictures, operated by Black Rose Pictures Inc.. The Pricing page and checkout show the amount, currency, billing interval, renewal terms, and access being purchased before you confirm.

Merchant of record: Paddle processes checkout and, where applicable, issues refunds to the original payment method.

Contact: use the support form at the bottom of this page for a refund request, billing question, or charge you do not recognize.

Subscription cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time through the billing controls linked from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless checkout or applicable law says otherwise, your paid access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Removing the app, signing out, or closing a browser does not cancel a subscription.

If a third party processed your subscription, you may need to cancel through that provider's billing settings. Check your account or receipt to see who bills you. A cancellation request does not by itself refund a charge for a period that has already started.

Refund requests

Refunds are not automatic when a subscription is canceled or when purchased content has been made available. You can ask us to review a charge, including where you believe it was unauthorized, the purchase was made by mistake, or paid access or playback did not work as described. Contact support with the account email, transaction date, and a brief description; do not send full payment-card details.

We will review the request and, where appropriate, work with Paddle to process a refund or correct the access record. If Paddle or another provider billed you, that provider may need to handle the refund request. An approved refund may end or reduce the access associated with the refunded purchase.

Digital purchases and rentals

The purchase page identifies whether access is a subscription, a time-limited rental, or a one-time purchase and describes the access period before payment. A rental expires at the time shown at purchase. A one-time purchase provides the access described at checkout, subject to content rights and service availability; it does not transfer ownership of the video or guarantee that a title can remain available forever.

If you cannot access a purchase or rental as described, contact support so we can investigate and review a suitable remedy. Any remedy remains subject to mandatory rights under applicable law.

Legal rights

This policy does not waive or reduce any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer right that cannot be waived under the laws that apply to you. Where a legal right conflicts with this policy, the legal right applies.
