Pricing and Plans

This page describes how prices and plan details are presented for BlackRosePictures, operated by Black Rose Pictures Inc.. The current plans and available purchase options appear on this Pricing page. The price, currency, billing interval, renewal terms, taxes, and access shown at checkout apply to the purchase you confirm.

Payment provider: Paddle processes checkout for enabled paid features as merchant of record. The checkout identifies the seller for the transaction. BlackRosePictures does not receive or store full payment-card credentials entered there.

Plans and access

The plans displayed on the Pricing page describe the account features and viewing limits for each tier. A plan may set limits for video access, playback quality, viewing time, simultaneous streams, or support. The details shown for a plan at the time you subscribe govern that subscription, subject to these terms and applicable law.

Some titles may also be offered as a rental or one-time purchase. The purchase page identifies the content, access type, access period, and price before you confirm. A rental expires at the time stated at purchase. A purchase or rental does not transfer ownership of the content.

Local prices and taxes

Prices may be localized by country, currency, payment method, or tax rules. The displayed amount may therefore differ by location. Review the final total and currency in checkout before confirming. Any tax or other amount collected at checkout will be shown there as required.

Subscription renewals

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the interval and price presented at checkout until canceled. The billing provider may charge applicable taxes. You can cancel through the billing controls linked from your account; cancellation stops future renewals, while access generally continues until the end of the period already paid for. The Refund Policy explains refund requests and mandatory consumer rights.

Changing your tier

You can request a tier change from your account's subscription controls. Before you confirm, the page shows the amount due now, the next renewal amount, and when the change takes effect.

• Move to a higher tier: the upgrade takes effect as soon as Paddle confirms the payment. You are charged the prorated difference for the remaining part of your current billing period, after credit for unused time on your current tier. The exact amount due now and your next renewal details are shown before confirmation. If payment is declined, the upgrade is not applied and your current tier remains in place.
• Move to a lower tier: the downgrade is scheduled for your next billing date. You keep your current tier through the period you have paid for. Nothing is charged or credited when you schedule the downgrade; the lower tier and its price begin at renewal. The account page shows the scheduled date and lets you cancel the pending downgrade before it takes effect.

For example, if you have part of a billing period left and upgrade, the immediate charge is based on the price difference for that remaining time, less the unused-time credit shown in the quote. If you downgrade instead, you keep the higher tier until the displayed next billing date and pay the lower tier price from that date.

Changing a plan or price

The account billing flow will show the price and effective timing before you confirm a plan change. A change applies as stated in that confirmation and the billing provider's transaction record. We will notify you and obtain any consent required by law before a price or plan change affects a renewal. You may cancel before a changed price takes effect where the law requires or permits that option.

Discounts and promotions

If a discount or promotional offer is available, its eligibility, amount, duration, expiry, and renewal price will be shown with the offer or in checkout before you accept it. An offer does not change the plan's standard price after the stated discount period ends.
